Saturday, the day I got part of wanted I wanted

Yesterday, I posted on Facebook that “I want coffee and friends and snow and coats and photos and fun. I want winter.” This season has been unreasonably warm. There’s been very few cold days, very little, if any, snow, and it’s starting to take its toll on me. Yesterday, I just really wanted some winter.

So I lounged around, all day, watching terrible TV and doing very little homework. By the time I finally took a shower and got ready to head out of the house, I looked outside and it was raining…. snow. It was heavy, wet snow.

At least I got part of what I wanted.

I spent 99.98% of my day laying around and drinking coffee, watching it snow. If you ever get the chance to spend a Saturday doing just that, you’ll be that much closer to absolute bliss.

Tasha - I was thinking about you when I saw that it started to snow! I just lounged, baked, had coffee, and enjoyed the snow myself. Too bad it’s all gone now!

Stephanie - I thought about you too! I’m sad the snow didn’t last longer, but at least we got some snow this winter. I keep feeling like not having a winter means the world really will end in 2012.

Baking was a good idea! Now I regret not doing some of that myself.
